Terms and conditions for the sale of refurbished IT equipment

Payment
1. We operate a cleared funds policy prior to shipping any goods.

Delivery
1. Any delivery date stated is only an estimation and we will endeavour to deliver by that date. No liability will be accepted for failure to meet a stated delivery date.
2. If a parcel is delivered damaged it must be signed for as 'Damaged'. Customers must inspect the goods immediately following delivery and contact us within 24 hours to notify of any damage caused in transit or missing / lost items.

Any claim for damage or loss must be followed up in writing within 7 days of the delivery date. No claim for loss or damage due to delivery will be granted if the Customers claims are outside of the 7 days time limit. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. 
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We collect information about you to allow us to process your order and provide you with our best possible service.
As part of our GDPR / Privacy Policy we do not store any customer data for email marketing purposes.
Therefore if you contact us via email for any of our services, you can be assured that you will not be receiving any marketing emails from us in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:
* your name
* company name and address
* company telephone number
* company email address
We do not store sensitive information such as banking details.

Warranty (Refurbished IT Equipment)
All refurbished items come with a 30 day return to base warranty (apart from 15" & 17" TFT monitors which come with a 7 day return to base warranty as standard). In the unlikely event that the goods are found to be faulty please notify us as soon as possible. The goods will need to be returned to our warehouse so they can be examined to determine the cause of the fault. Provided the goods have been used in a manner consistent with the manufacturer’s instructions and that the fault has not occurred due to the customers misuse of the goods, we will offer to either repair, replace, or refund the faulty item, as long as you are within the 30 days return to base warranty date of your order. 
It is the customers responsibility to return the items to our warehouse.
Our refurbished items may have minor cosmetic marks and scratches to the outer casing, or screens may sometimes show slight pressure marks. Any batteries supplied with laptops are consumable items and therefore they are not guaranteed to hold a charge. Batteries are not covered under the warranty. A 12 months return to base warranty upgrade is available at an additional cost if required. 

Returns
Please contact us in writing before returning your items for a returns authorisation number. Goods returned without prior to authorisation from ourselves will NOT be accepted at the warehouse.
Please package all the relevant items securely and send them to us so that we receive them within seven days of the date you notified us of the request to return them. Items must be returned in exactly the same condition they were dispatched, and if any items are received back damaged or missing any of their components we cannot issue a refund for them. Any returns numbers must be clearly visible using a label on each box sent back to the warehouse (please do not write the returns number on the box).

Once we receive the item(s) we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for the item(s) less any additional services within 5 business days.
Orders that are returned by the customer which are not faulty or ordered in error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This will be deducted from the original purchase value before crediting the customer.

Liability
We do not accept any liability (and hereby exclude all liability) for special, indirect or consequential losses of any kind or for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of or corruption to data, loss or damage to goodwill, business or reputation (and in each case whether classified as direct or indirect and howsoever arising) when using any IT equipment purchased from us. 

General
'We' means All-in-One Clearances
'Customer' means the person or School or Company agreeing to purchase Refurbished IT Equipment from All-in-One Clearances.
‘Refurbished IT Equipment’ means any computer equipment which forms the subject matter of an order to All-in-One Clearances, and which shall be the subject of a contract of sale and/or supply to which these terms and conditions apply.
